You must be at least 18 years old to use MockMentor. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to agree to these Terms.
4. Accounts and registration
4.1. You sign up on the Website using your Google account and complete a short onboarding form. You agree that the information you give us is true, accurate and kept up to date.
4.2. To use the Plugin, you add MockMentor from ChatGPT's plugin library and authorise it to connect to your MockMentor account.
4.3. Your account is personal to you. Do not share it, sell it, or let anyone else use it. You are responsible for keeping your Google and ChatGPT accounts secure. If you think your account has been misused, tell us immediately at mockmentor@webveda.com.
4.4. You may hold only one MockMentor account.
5. Our services
5.1. MockMentor helps you prepare for competitive exams. Depending on your exam and account status, you can:
- take timed mocks;
- upload your scorecard or OMR sheet for evaluation;
- check answers to your questions;
- get a personalised study plan with links to study resources;
- track daily tasks and streaks; and
- prepare with friends in Study Groups.
5.2. Features are released in phases, and not every feature or exam may be available at all times.
5.3. The Plugin runs inside ChatGPT, which is a product of OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for ChatGPT's availability, performance or changes.
6. Free access and referral unlocks
6.1. MockMentor is currently free. We do not charge any fee to sign up or use the Platform.
6.2. When you sign up, you get access to basic features. Other features are locked and can be unlocked by referring friends.
6.3. Each User gets a unique referral link. To unlock locked features, the number of friends shown on the Platform must sign up through your link and use at least one basic feature of the Plugin. We may change the number of referrals needed or the features that are locked at any time.
6.4. Referrals must be genuine. Creating fake accounts, referring yourself, or using any trick to inflate referrals is not allowed. If we find this, we may reverse unlocks, remove referrals, or suspend the accounts involved.
6.5. If we introduce any paid features in future, we will tell you in advance and publish the relevant terms. You will not be charged without your clear agreement.
7. Streaks, Study Groups and the Leaderboard
7.1. Streaks. MockMentor sets daily tasks based on your study plan. Completing them builds your streak. Some features, such as Study Groups, need a minimum streak to unlock. We may change streak rules and requirements at any time.
7.2. Study Groups. You can invite friends preparing for the same exam to a Study Group through a link. By joining a group, you agree that every member can see your name, daily tasks, progress, scores, personalised analysis and weak areas within that group. Only join groups with people you are comfortable sharing this with. You can leave a group at any time.
7.3. Group challenges. Members can challenge one another through mocks. Challenges are for practice and motivation only. There are no prizes or stakes attached.
7.4. Public Leaderboard. By using MockMentor, you agree that your name, city, exam, score and rank may appear on the public Leaderboard, which anyone can see. The Leaderboard is for recognition only. It carries no prizes, rewards or certificates, and does not reflect your official exam rank.
7.5. We may change how scores, ranks and streaks are calculated, correct errors, or remove entries that break these Terms.
8. AI-generated content and exam disclaimers
8.1. AI can make mistakes. MockMentor uses artificial intelligence, including OpenAI's models, to create mocks, evaluate answers, read scorecards and build study plans. This content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always check important answers, facts and exam rules against official sources and your study material.
8.2. Not official. Mocks, scores, predicted percentiles, ranks and evaluations on MockMentor are practice tools. They are not official results and do not predict or guarantee your actual exam score, rank or admission.
8.3. No affiliation with exam bodies. MockMentor is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any exam-conducting body, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), the Consortium of National Law Universities, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) or the IITs. Exam names are used only to describe which exams MockMentor helps you prepare for.
8.4. Exam details can change. Exam dates, patterns, syllabi and marking schemes are set by the exam bodies and may change. Always confirm them on the official exam website.
8.5. No guarantee of results. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances. We do not promise any particular improvement, score or outcome.
8.6. Report errors. If you spot a wrong question, answer or evaluation, please tell MockMentor or write to us at mockmentor@webveda.com so we can fix it.
9. Your content
